Hi everybody!

I know that they aren´t good photos, but I wanted to share with you my new work. It´s an Australian Light Horse, 120mm, from Fort Duquesne. I hope that it likes, and of course, comments are welcome to improve day by day.

Thank you very much for looking,
best regards.

Francisco

Hi Francisco,

This is a classic sculpt by Phil Walden who is a Planeteer and will hopefully chime in once he sees this post.

Typical of Phil's sculpting style he has posed the Lighthorseman in a casual stance rolling a cigarette up from his tobacco tin and with a cigarette paper dangling from his lip. I did this figure myself over 20 years ago and I'm surprised to see it still in circulation.

You've made a great start with the flesh tones and the slouch hat and I will be following your progress with interest. If you need any advice on uniform details, let me know.

So annoyed I missed these figures of Phil's. Only manged to get the Lewis Gummer so will look enviously on as this project continues Francisco.

Thanks for sharing mate :)

Fantastic start to a great-looking figure that I've actually never seen before!

Hi everybody!

I go on with this nice figure. All painted with Vallejo acrylic. Upper side almost finished, only a little more work. I hope it likes. Comments, as always, are welcome. Thank you very much for looking.

Best regards,

Francisco
