New member on this forum, here's one of my past projects. Modified figure...sculpted left arm & hand, made ice axe from wood and plastic, converted winter parka into a Gebirgsjaeger Windbluse (anorak), and corrected the rucksack.

The base is handcarved basswood with celluclay snow.

Many thanks Anthony! I have many WIP's that have been sitting on the shelves for a long time...need to dust them off and start painting again. Hope to make it out to the National Capital Model Soldier Society show in a few weeks to get inspired.

How are things in Texas? I use to live in the DFW area during the 1990's. I was a member of the figure club there with Doug Cohen and others.
