Hi Jimmy,

Cant help with the XM148 but I am currently making a M203 in 1/16 scale which replaced the XM148 due to it's faults in the field. I should have some M203's ready in a week or so. GP-25 looks an interesting project also that I may consider.

Cheers

I can vouch for Steve's work, it's fantastic...

Attached are pictures of the two NOMD weapon sets that i know of that have UGL's..

Im not sure if the Xm148 has ever been done in resin.I have a 1.6th one meant for Action type figures. The perforated barrel for the m16 for the 148 has always put me off making one or attempting to make one.Think the only option would be 3.d printing maybe.
Rich.

Awesome Steve I have just ordered some stuff from you funnily enough..... Definitely a market gap in modern weapons since NOMD folded. I have a number of 203's from various manufacturers which is why I was after the 148, for early Vietnam or SASR type figures.. The GP 25 was more widely used by the Warsaw Pact than people think, and still used in present day conflicts.

Hi Jimmy,

I have this figure, do you know of any other Australian kits from the Vietnam era in 120mm, 1/15 or 1/16 scale??

Thanks in advance.

this one is 180mm instead of the usual 300mm.....
Darn fine!
Scotty talked about these. I’ve got EOD Op in resin.
Like look of these though not sure what I’m going to do with photo frames.
Also impressed by little Danger Close ANZAC though he appears sold out at present.
Annoyed with myself missing this 180mm release.

Not seen that one before Ian, one of Phil Waldens sculpts, he did some excellent Aussie figures, shame there are not more available.

Hi Steve,

Below is a picture of a completed kit i once found on the internet , after seeing it i set out to track one down..

After a few years i managed to get a complete and unstarted kit and your right, it's a pity Phil didn't do any more Vietnam War figures in 120mm..

Caught up with Phil last night, he has a couple of projects on the go, he may look at Vietnam soon......

Got most of the NOMD weapons I was looking for. Still trying to find the Heckler & Koch MP5 SET or Heckler & Koch MP5K Family if anyone has them hidden in their stash....

Hi Jimmy, I've been periodically listing requests for NOMD weapon sets here for a few years now and I've never been approached yet, all the kits i have i have managed to pick up on ebay or through people i have been trading with..

Do you have any duplicates that your willing to part with, if so please PM me??

Regards Ian
