Completed 146th New York Zouaves Officer, 1863 Fer Mini's

[Viking Bob]

I had a lot of fun with this one and found a ref for him here, although the officers jacket is darker and with a standing collar, I have gone with the idea that when his was made there was not enough material left over, either that or I strip him again.

this is the first time I have tried this with braid and I was pleased with the result but trying to get a convincing brass,I had to go back to metallics.

They worked well for you Bob. The sword guard and buttons look really good.
