This is the accompanying figure to my officer in weekday walking out dress (https://www.planetfigure.com/threads/150mm-chasseurs-à-cheval-en-petite-tenue.650279/).

The Trumpet major had quite a colourful uniform which was skyblue with a red waistcoat and black boots. Braid appears to have been gold and red and lace gold. The Trumpet Major had additional lace although Rousselot was not certain as to the nature of the lace on the back of the uniform, so I have more or less mimicked what was on the back of the dolman. He will carry a sword and trumpet and wear the colpack (busby) with sky blue and red plume and sky blue bag. The 'acorns' on the ends of the aiguilettes have been modelled separately but may be added before the body is cast.

Happy modelling,

The legs and torso are converted from one of my previous figures. I tend to use Milliput as a sculpting medium; further details are added with different diameter solder, plasticard and pewter sheet, often folded over to increase thickness for belts/sword slings etc.
