Hi Guys,

Thought I would share the latest entrant to my display cabinet it is of course from Ellie's Miniatures and depicts a 17 Light Dragoon Officer from the American War of Independance.

Sculpted by Offo , nice piece to work on , a nice challenge with the whites

Painted using Acrylics and Water Soluable Oils

Thanks for looking in

Very well done my friend.
You have separated all of those whites/greys amazingly well.
If I would do anything it would be to enhance the NMM buttons with the smallest speck of pure white paint as you have done with his eyes. Then again it looks superb anyway.
All the very best Kevin

Hi Kevin,
I agree it is a very fine sculpt and cast.
I have one in the GA and will use your great example as my benchmark.
Cheers,
Keith

beautifull work.
I should go further with the white......If that is the color of the uniform. (for my taste it is all to grey)
