WIP Critique 18th century Gentleman

A bit of fine tuning to do after seeing the pictures,but nearly finished.I painted this figure in colours I liked,but haven't a clue ,who he is, or who he can be,hence the working title of 18th century Gentleman.

The dark tones are superb, and the bright sash is a lovely eye-catching counterpoint.
