It's good to see a WW1 subject but this is the full figure cut down , good on MMM getting the most from casts ?.....but still not keen on this , the helmet just does not look right ...I assume MC worked from the statue as in full figure release but I might be wrong .

Be interested to see what the response is , it has potential but not for me

Thanks for your comment, you're right everyone is allowed an opinion. As stated in the figure descripion this is a bust conversion of our
Lancashire Fusilier figure. It is nothing new for us to offer a bust conversion of our 200mm full figures (we have done this for virtually all of our full figures) as this gives collectors
a wider range to choose from.

There has been a few comments in relation to the helmet being a little too deep, Moz is planning on making a slight adjustment to the helmet
which will hopefully be ready for euro however the figure is available now with the helmet as it is shown.

Ross

I think you and Moz are right to correct the helmet as it is the weak point in a fine WWI piece. Bully for you guys in listening and responding to constructive criticism..

Colin

Pity I've just finished doing the Young Miniatures bust of the Lancs Fusilier from The Somme. Glad Moz is looking at making a change to the helmet. It's the only weak point in an otherwise brilliant bust/ figure.

I started using the top half of the full figure range as I ended up splitting the kits for customers who only collected busts like yoursel. You recently suggested that legs be added to some recently released busts in order to give the same option. Sounds like, IMO, you just can't please some people.
Gordon

I think that its a good idea to offer figures both with and without legs, I've done a couple with legs but am now really only interested in busts, but its good to have the option. Sorry for slightly going off track but the new Youngs bust of the Bomber Pilot from WWII looks very much like Brad Pitt or is it just me

Hi Gordon,

Good move to please customers , I did indeed say about legs to a bust .....but that was my thought as it would be a very impressive piece ...my thoughts are my own personal ones , the subject is good , but just seems a little too tidy (ie backpack ) for me looking at the scenario he is in ...but I am sure he will sell well with the helmet sorted(good to hear this).

It is as Carl say a good idea to offer options to the customer

Shock that it probably is I don't like every bust!!
