Wow, that figure is stunning. Seriously good.

Can I be the first curmudgeon to start moaning? Because I don't really like the larger scales, even 75mm is too big for me. I like the 54mm/ 60mm/ 1/30 scale thing. I would snap yer hand off if this was released in 1/30 scale. Is there any chance of your doing it in the smaller scale?

Is it just me, or do others feel the same way?

Hi Pops,
If I just saw those pictures without the write up then I would have said it has the poise, style and articulation of a one off piece
by the hand of Paine or Horan.
To me you have raised the bar up on yourself, as that is the best posed figure you have ever released, a real natural pose with
a touch of elegance about it.
Nello should be so proud of this. I could see my mate Terry Neesham smashing that out of the park on a 54mm version.

I cannot wait for someone to jump in and say it's not a sculpt as it's 3d, or there is no place for 3d or I don't like 3d.
Well it is a sculpt, there is a place and I do like it.

You don't need good luck with this one it will sell itself.:cool::cool::cool::cool:
cheers
Richie

Beautiful paint job on an excellent figure, I'd be very tempted in 54mm as well. As for the 3D hand sculpted debate, if the figure is this good who cares, it's an argument akin to the IPMS dismissing resin because it wasn't plastic a few decades ago.

Just you I am afraid;) I much prefer 75mm these days, especially for single figures. To me they have the "feel" of 54mm but greater visual appeal (especially if you display them at shows) and are easier to paint!

If you've been following the posts from the manufacturers on here, it appears 54mm is becoming less popular these days.

Just a theory, but eye sight and age are only one side of the issue. Being short sighted I only need glasses for distance, up close I'm fine though I do have reading glasses though only for intermediate distance. Those who are long sighted will need the extra size and magnification, but don't have to slow down on the motorway to read the road signs! Guess there are less short sighted folk around than long sighted ones.

Cheers Simon
