It's that time of year again, I was curious to see how productive we've been over the previous 12 months.

My year has been reasonably productive, with 13 figures/ busts started and 10 completed.

Of those completed, I'm pretty happy with six of them, and still have a few finishing touches to put on three or four more.

C'mon Planeteers, its time to put your year in review and show us all the figures you've completed this year.

Here's my year in review.

I completed a total of 8 figures/busts and also took part at Scale Model World (SMW). Received Silver and Commended for busts titled "The Chosin Few" and "Vasily Zaytsev" respectively for class 60 (busts).

In all it's been a good year for me as i noticed an improvement in my painting and getting placed at SMW was a pleasant surprise :)

Gerard,

It's only when you put all your work together that you see how consistently brilliant your work is. Wow, that's a beautiful result for a year of patience and perseverance. I particularly like the conversion of the Roman Imaginifer to the Vexilifer.

Hasn't been an overwhelming year production-wise for me... but there were some firsts:
Namely, my first bust and my first scratch sculpt (Lemmy) and second sculpt (Jeff Hanneman) and my first multi figure WWII dio (Dieppe).

Lemmy and the Roman/Germanic vignette (sorry I don't have a pic of the completed piece with the shields) recieved bronzes at IPMS Ajax and I got an overall bronze at the Ontario Model Soldier Society show at Fort York. There are a couple of WIP figs and the beginnings of a large, scratchbuilt/conversion diorama that won't be finished before year's end.

Cheers

Colin
