This came as a bit of a surprise to me considering I spend 50% of the year at sea! Mind you some have only been painted on one side haven't they Richie & Dennis? (AKA The Flat Figure Inspectors Darlington Military Modelling Society )
Very invigorating, the air of the large! Excellent! A lot of yachties get seasick when having to look at an admiralty chart, let alone painting flats in the North Atlantic!

Simply outstanding to see so much quality work being produced! It looks as though 2015 has been a very good year indeed. Here are some of my finished pieces, but not shown are some of the models I have in various stages of completeness, like FeR's Templar, Col. Joshua Chamberlin, and a WWI German Officer in 75m. Hopefully I can finish these off before too long. Here is my year in review:
A very Merry Christmas to everyone, and a Happy New Year!
My year's completed work....and I am counting melted Lannes five large scale original busts, a commercial 54mm, a commercial 1/9 bust and my first flat vignette.
Here's my report:
And of course there are some unfinished ones on the WB, and also, while considering myself quite a brave modeller and not being afraid of planning ambitious projects and conversions (a couple of examples above) I must admit I'been tottaly defeated by this one, trying to make a full figure on horseback from general Colbert's bust, which has mistakes everywere :
Anyway, it still have a great potential, so here's a new year first resolution...
