WIP Critique 25 cm Minenwerfer from Andy

Got some years ago the kit with the german "25 cm Schwerer Minenwerfer" and one soldier in 90mm. I started to build the mortar during my vacation and have now build a trench part. I have seen such a composition on some original photos.

Now I will paint the wooden part of the trench and then I will fix the part on the base. I will place the mortar in direction to the trenchwalls as you can see on the first two pics.

And here some new photos. The wood is painted and the trench is nearly ready. Some tufts of grass on the trench and I must remove some "big" earth pieces from the bottom of the trench. The position for the "Minenwerfer" is fixed and now I will start painting it
