WIP Critique 28th Foot Ensign and Sergeant 200mm

Hello,

Looking for a big challenge I had some ideas about a large vignette with a 28th Foot Ensign officer and sergeant.
After hours of "quest and survival" I have chosen for the Light Company.

The first figure is the 28th Ensign officer.
I have used the bust produced by Stuart Hale (Stormtroopers) and a body of the 33rd Foot produced by MMM. BIG thanks to Gordon......for help me.


The second figure is the 28th Foot sergeant produced by MMM.


I let you see the steps I had followed and some uniform references.
