It's called Epo-putty by Alteco(Japan),but manufactured in Singapore. It only costs S$6.55/- for a generous roll;does not smell nor stick to the fingers;rolls to paper-thin sheets with Vaseline lubrication and has a working time of about 2 hours. It's can be smoothen with tap water and, once dry and cured, can be painted immediately.I've used it for all the scratch-built figures that I've posted so far;in fact,Brian Boru is completely detailed with it !Cheers  Kenneth.
