I see I shall have to keep a watch on you young man...lol

Cracking subject my friend ...paintings coming along really well ......and it's going to be a standard bearer as well ....are you going for blue or red uniform , blue woukd be a nice contrast to the standard .

Agree with Vital the Southern American uniforms are packed full of great subjects

As for the blue, i decided to go red, there are so many sources they have got red that i decided to go for it.
I agree, blue would have been a good contrast.

Daniel,you restless soul.Never still huh?Well this is a great subject.I agree with Nap 100% that South American subjects are marvellous and and rather under-represented in our hobby.You are definitely the man to remedy that.

I have based the horse with vallejo Hull red , added tamiya X21 for flat base.
Added some shadows usin the base color plus black, added some lights usin the base color plus red leather and some orange brown, more lights are coming tomorrow...
