Here are a few pictures of my latest work. This proved to be the most challenging of all the Pegaso 75 mm figures I've done yet (six in all, and counting!). Next up is the Magister Militum in 75 mm. Naturally, I would welcome your comments and criticisms, as I always seem to find something to improve on after reading your suggestions. Cheers;

Glenn

Glen, The figure is really nice. Not trying to be negative but I think groundwork that was lower and covered the entire top of the base would have complimented the figure better.~Gary

That's a great effort on this stunning piece Glen. I also own this kit, and planning to start it sometime soon. I will agree with Gary though... the groundwork needs some love too :)

Super stuff, I really like this figure and you've done it some justice with some excellent painting. Please share your technique for the metals. ;)

WOW Glenn, really nicely done here! The whites reds all very nice. Keep us posted on the Magister kit. I'm glad to see it in a good home and finaly getting some paint thrown at it! :lol: ;)

Thank you kindly one and all. Alas! Groundwork has always been the bane of my modelling existence. I was thinking of putting some kind of fence behind him, perhaps something like a wrought iron gate. I want to show him in an urban setting. The good news is I can always add to the base, and I will have that part taken care of before show time.

Hi Glenn,
Good figure...have you followed my instructions of the leaflet? They were well clear? ;)
What about your trip in Paris? What do you tell me of the Musée de l'Armée?
And drums? Are you training for the jam session with Marc and me? :lol:
Bye bye
M

Hi Marcellin!
I found the instructions to be quite clear indeed! And I promise Marc, I will post a new picture once the ground work has been completed. I will be in Paris from Feb. 15 - Feb. 19. Naturally, I will give a complete report on the Musee de l'Armee upon my return. And of course, I will be praticing the drums in antcipation for our rock star debut! :lol: :lol:

Hi Glenn,
I thought you was already gone. What a pity, about one month later, there will be in Paris "Le Salon Mondial de la Maquette" , the international Expo of modelling, with a painters challenge and many things to see and to buy. Perhaps I'll be there at that time.

Here I sent a link to enjoy an appetizer of the Museum
Best wishes
