75mm 1st Swiss Infantry. "Mon ami le soldat"

[Viking Bob]

My take on this 75mm offering from Alexandros Models, "Mon ami le soldat".
I have painted mine a 1st Swiss Infantry 1811, a fun project.
I painted the scarecrow face as an old flour sack and given him some extra stuffing for hands and a little in the hat. I also reshaped the false pockets on the habit and gave him a musket with bayonet from the spares box.
All painted in acrylics.

You kept this quiet young man ...lovely piece of painting on both figures ..like the red waistcoat ..perhaps " borrowed " from a washing line in camp ?
