Hi all just saw this on FB and the white rose MMM page. and thought I just had to post it on here. it's our (Ellie's Miniatures) 75mm 42nd Highlander Officer 1760. this was painted by my Good friend Paul Derek from the White Rose club.

This is the first one that I have seen painted and I just wanted to share it on here with you all. I have to say that this is NOT THE BOX ART that is being done as I type. but I could not resist showing the piece that Deigo Fortes did for us in all it's glory.

Nice work on the tartan & hose.
Hose can be a bugger in ensuring they look like a pair.

Superb piece, some of the crispiest painting I've seen in a very long time. Never mind box art - Ian, this is also a great advert! Very well done indeed to all.

So crispy is it, I mistook it for one of those potato things from Leicester.....
