Hi Everyone

Just joined & thought I would share my latest work.

It is a 75mm resin kit of Lagertha from the tv series Vikings produced by White Wolf Miniatures. Painted in acrylics.

Hope you like it.

Any comments or criticisms welcome.

Cheers

Steve

I'm sure I saw this at Downham Market yesterday. A very nice miniature (y)

I was torn between this and your Last Samurai piece. In the end, the samurai won out but I'm having second thoughts now after looking at your pics. Congrats on the win anyway, it was very well deserved regardless of they piece, they were all excellent.

P.s. I liked your USAAF pilot bust too

Thanks for all your kind words.

& Thanks for your kind word's Billy (y) I think the Defeated figure stands out more as it is quite a dramatic pose. I was very pleased with the win. My USAAF is my personal favorite model & in my opinion, I think it is the best work I have done so far.

It certainly caught this judges eye, and even some of the guys who judged the other (non-figure) categories agreed with me. Hopefully you'll be able to make it next year to pick up your medal in person. Thanks for the pics, I never got round to taking any yesterday (y)

No problem.

I was there yesterday & did pick my medal up. I was the dodgy looking fella with the shaved head & scary clown top :) I did have a wonder around the town for a little while yesterday, that's probably why you didn't catch me.

Thank you Paul & Phil

Mirofsoft I can see where your coming from with the lurex, I don't think my dodgy pics help either. I've added another pic and makes it look a bit better. I Definatly need more practice with chainmail though
