Overall it's beautifuly done especialy the fur cloak , the only two areas that I feel could be improved on are, one the hair , they look a bit to much like rat tails, a few strokes with a knife into each lenght would give a more hair like look and two the axe looks to much like Lord Of The Rings style . A true battle axe wouldn't have all the decoration covering it as it would foul up in use with blood and gore . Otherwise it's brilliant .

Sorry to point this out late but I was hoping someone else would - check the proportions of the left arm! The forearm and upper arm should be approximately equal in length, so to my eye he either has a freakishly long upper arm or an infeasibly low shoulder.
