I have completed the latest work.
82nd Airborne (VERLINNDEN 200mm).
I'm going to paint was faithful to the material.
But I'm sorry if I was wrong.(n)

Hi Hikaru,

A Verlinden figure ...a nice one at that , really like what you have done , they have their own style and still look great painted .

Love all the details you have included ...from the helmet and the grenades to the weapon ..like the tears on the trousers as well ......

The face I think looks very gaunt and tired with teh 1000 yard stare ....., lov ethe way you have done the eyes and the beard growth

Because many people are so · · ·.(n)

For cigarette first I painted white.

I painted on the opposite side of the gray and yellow ocher then.

I drew a ring of black and red.

I nudged ahead in black and white oil paint to last.

Beautiful painting. Theres no doubting your skill as a painter. In my opinion, the 5 o clock shadow looks a bit un-natural ... or too grey. It contrasts too much with the skin tone. :cool:
