Hi Vergilius, yep oils all the way.

Just started the quilted pants, this is the basic wet on wet painting done. Will look loads better when I paint the wet on dry shadows and highlights

Your work is incredible! This hobby has me pulling my hair out. Twenty years ago I won local contests, long before the internet days. Now I find myself very frustrated! I can build airplanes, cars, motorcycles and the rest, but these small figures are giving me fits.
However, I truly get much inspiration from you and many others, and of course this great forum.

As you love Gladiators so much I Thought about you straight away at the Kulmbach show this last Weekend :::You are going to absolutely love the new Pegaso 75mm Gladiator which they brought out for the show !! A Germanic Gladiator with Lionskin and large club EXCELLENT !! Of course I bought one. Another one right up your street is the 90mm Andrea Crusader holding a cross up to the heavens and screaming out !!! Fantastic You will see them at Euro.

Hi Hardy,
unfortunately I dont have any pictures as the one I was given is a pre-production and has no photo !!! But for Euro-Mil it will be sold in the box and
there will be a painted example on show.
The Andrea Templar was also only seen in the Master open and will be available at Euro-Mil,this showed a Templar 90mm screaming out to the heavens holding a Sword in his right hand and a Cross held up in his left hand.
The face was extremely well painted and the Templar is sporting a "Monks" Hairstyle.It was titled "The Wrath of God". Certainly also a Figure for Supersnad....Look out for them at Euro !!!
