Thanks Leigh, This is like seeing a step by step as it is being made. You should do an article, as you have already got the photos. Keep us posted please as you continue.
Hello Quang,
I sat here in my work area this afternoon and started my first "bust". I am using you Crazy Horse Bust as a guideline for porportion. So far I have a good rendition of "Elmer Fudd / Daffy Duck. Going to keep at it and work on it while it is still pliable tonight.. <_<

I agree with all the others, I love seeing your in step by step! You have a certain flare. Your work reminds me of a young Spanish sculptor and painter.
Guy,
I would like to see what you are doing. Believe me I have some BAD examples of my first attempts. I think I may take a few pictures and show everyone the first attempt at an original brr brr > But I think this forum is a great place to learn and I have picked up much and Gary has been a great help and Quang's work has been an inspiration.
Thanks Joe, if I could be half as good as he, I would be very happy I'll post more as I go along. I'd love to see some other examples of your sculpting.
I will some day bring back from the closet the attempt of mine to sculpt a bust. But for now it stays hidden and out of sight. Just too many things going on and the need for hobby time is redirected to other projects. Will soon have more free time and I will bring back out and start again.
I think you are being to modest. I have been very impressed with what I have seen from you and I am looking forward to seeing more soon. I will try to post some of my earlier attempts.
Guy,
I understand there other things that take priority. I look forward to seeing it when you do bring it out.
