Two of my favorite painters on here as well as being two good blokes inspired me to try copying their styles/effects, I don't who the original sculpt is by or indeed where I got it :cautious:. But anyway Carl Barton and Brian Snaddon this is all your fault :angelic: As ever thoughts, criticism etc etc appreciated. I think it's finished but please let me know if there is more I can do. Oh and just to annoy Ron T the base is a B&Q knob for a drawer :eek:

This represents a massive leap forward in your technique Steve. The face is excellent, great tones and the eyes are really well done. You might want to create a bit more depth in the hair and beard by adding a darker tone wash into the deep areas. When it's dry maybe a glaze to tone the hair shade down a bit.
