Abenaki and Rogers Ranger

Hi all,

I can't remember if I have posted this here before, so my apologies if I have. It's a 120mm vignette of Nemrod's Rogers Ranger and MMW's Joseph Brant (Thayandanega) coverted to an Abenaki. Base is Basswood with celluclay, a piece of granite, static grass, etc. Acryllic base painting with oils for faces, shadows and highlights.

Very nice work, Brian. I especially like the greens on your Ranger. Glad to see you are keeping up with your figure work.

Very nice! Pat is right on, the Ranger color looks great, as does the Abinaki's shirt. Like the details as well.The Warrior's bead work and other adornments are terrific and I like the simple hunting pouch on the Ranger. Like the facial expressions as well.

Very nice work. I like the fact that for 2 inanimate figures pinned to a base, there seems to be a lot of motion with the rifle straps, moving clothing, & facial expressions. Also, great job with the paint brush, too.
