does anyone know where can I get the 54mm academy figures that were sold by Oakwood Studios (or similar)?

Hi Paulo, Preiser make a wide range of white plastic nude figures that can be used as academy figures and make a good basis for conversion. I imagine they're widely available in Europe if you do a search online. I know they do figures in 1/32 scale but I can't remember for sure if they offer nudes at this size but I think so.

Not quite the same thing but there are metal jointed armatures available from some European makers too, Andrea and Friulmodel being two.

In the US Michael Roberts recently brought out a poseable 54mm figure, see here, which is exactly what you're looking for I think. This comes with two heads and a set of generic shoes from what I've read.
