I am surprised that he holds the piece in his hand while working on it. That clay mixture must really be hard when cooled down. I would think it would be brittle though and would be afraid of accidentally breaking off an ear or something else while holding it. I have never tried CX5 but have used Chavant which I think is similar but I never hand held the piece.
