The Box art is being painted by Roman and should be ready for release later this month.

Nice! What do you think, Ol' Guy? :)

When Roman and I first talked about a Mountain man bust last year it was decided to create the aged weathered face of an older man. The art work of James Bama best shows the aging of a western mountain man and or cowboy who spends all of his time outdoors in all types of weather. I think if you look closely you will see Roman has captured that look.

Agreed. I think the lines in the face are just calling out to be pinted a weathered old leathery flesh tone!

Very nice, but I hope you don't decide to add the rifle cover on his shoulder, Just doesn't seem to work and seems unnecessary. Looks "cleaner" without it.

So many Mountain Man busts I have don't have the rifle. Its like a baseball player without a bat. The rifle was always within arms reach of the Mountain Man. His survival depended on it.

Here are a few more photos of the Mountain Man.

I can totally understand where your coming from Guy. Maybe we could have the option of having the rifle or leaving it off so we have the choice.

I will be stocking the Ademola range soon - they are somewhere between Poland & the UK at the moment. As soon as they arrive, I'll post to let everyone know.

I will (of course) be getting this new bust in as soon as it's released.

Mountain Man

Hi guys ,
This is a cracker , but really jacksparrow ..a mountainman without a weapon ..they always seem to have them in the artwork I have seen ..but I see where you are coming from . I am lucky to have this on the way from Roman to do a review for a magazine ...can't wait ........pending the good old British Postal system !!!!!!

Roman ,
Brilliant sculpt , love the facial details , he is just crying out to be aged and I think a little sunburnt !!!!!! , love the cap ..can't wait ..I am getting all excited ....great touch on the base with the lizard ...my brushes are poised !!!!!

Any hints on leathery skin !!!!!!!!
