A fine conversion job, turning the figure from one of an officer of the the 66th (Berkshire) Regiment of Foot into a Scottish officer from The 72nd (Duke of Albany's Own Highlanders) Regiment of Foot. See below for examples of their uniform, with the very distinctive Charle Edward Stewart trews.
