Am interested in their 90mm line, especially the Napoleonics.

They look good in pictures but I would like to hear some opinions on the quality, especially the casting quality, crispness of detail and fit, and general quality control as far as seam lines and possible mold shifts.

Thanks

Hi Richard

The only one I have Is 90S18 the Imperial Guard Horse Artillery Officer in Parade Uniform. This particular figure was sculpted by Piotr Gorkiewicz who also did a few 90m's for Pegaso including the Polish Hussar Officer. While the Aitna figure is not quite as good it's still pretty acceptable. Casting quality is fine as is the fit of parts and there's no mould shift. The supplied cast base is very basic but as many don't use bases as supplied that may be perceived as no problem. I would definitely recommend this one particularly as there seems to be a shortage of 90mm Napoleonics these days.

Thank you Geoff

That`s what I was looking for, the Guard Horse Artillery Officer being the one I was interested in. While I didn`t know they are by the same artist, I like the Pagaso Polish Hussar very much so it looks like it`s a " Go " for me.

Rich

I have done several of their Celtic 90mm figures and find them to be excellent kits with normal mold lines. Have never had any mold slippage with them.
