The sculpting of the meyes´s face is spot on - also the painting of the faces.
But the painting of the oak-leaf and the pea-dot (other figure) camos looks like real fantasy.

It´s a little pity for so great figures.

Frank

 .... so what`s so wrong with camo?? Might be my eyesight - but I can`t see the fantasy design you are talking about.

Anyway - nobody is bound to paint Meyer the way depicted for the boxart. I would say that there is no other figure shown but the same with different heads.
Taesung please keep them coming.

Cheers, Martin

Okay, guys.
The "oak pattern A" depicted in the boxart is supposed to
be a newly issued uniform. So it might be a bit brighter than
what you see in vintage uniforms.

BTW, that Meyer's uniform above was most likely to be in "blurred edge" pattern.
He was also photographed in this time period in a similar uniform in
Italian camo pattern. So if you are not so picky about the shape of pockets, number
of buttons, etc., you can also go with Italian camo for this figure.

Both of Meyer's uniforms were not standard issued ones.
