I've been doing a bit on these, a lot of the details still need painting, and everything weathering. I replaced the figures ammo with brass offerings. The barrel is Great Wall, the ammo and crates are from Cove Models. Groundwork is my usual Milliput and micro balloons.
Carl.

Carl excellent painting and a great little scene. Nice work on the base and I've gotta ask are those Tiger tracks.(y)

Cheers Ken

Great figs Carl, and finw work all around, especially the whites, very well done. I like the snow flakes, looks fresh and more crisp than baking soda. Waht is it! Bravo job!!

Cheers, Ski.

Lovely painting Carl, you've created quite a nice little scene there. I would like to see a few splatters of mud and dirt on the knees and lower legs, but perhaps ground has frozen too hard for the slush to melt yet??(y)

Good work Carl, the setting is very well done - just 1 point I would tone down the linings around the pockets and seams on the troo's, they seem a little harsh to my eye. Thanks for posting.

Thanks again. They all need weathering yet, and some adjusting here and there.
Dave the tracks were the spares from the Tiger in question.
Carl.

I think the ammo rounds you used are for a 75mm gun of Pz IV and StuG.
Taesung my plan was to put them with a Tiger, until I realised they were the wrong calibre.;)
Thanks Pedro, glad you like them. Although Alpine heads are superb, I always struggle to paint them.
Carl.
