Beautifully painted John, really love the details and weathering. The B&W photo is great, always more atmospheric than colour photos.

Good to see you posting, a nice piece of painting all over , the trousers have been mentioned but there’s also the camo and weathering and texture work looking great

You've done a lovely job with the figure, the face and camo are great but the bit that really gets my attention weirdly is the entrenching tool.
 
Nicely done, I have this one awaiting my attentions as well. While I don't subscribe to the belief that the top was a camo smock and not US wet weather gear, you've done the Oakleaf camo very well.
