According to Roucelot, in 1807, a colonel's parade dress included a white tunic. There wasn't alot of extra embroidery, just a square lace on each button on the lapels. The lace all over the tunic was scarlet with silver lines on each edge and through the center with an edge to edge scalloped line (as sculpted on your figure).
