Hi all!

Weeeeell a renovated workroom!

As Whitby Goth Weekend was upon me once again and as I never get any painting done over WGW I decided....

To renovate my workroom! I've been using it for about 5 years and there was just crap and dust everywhere!

So I stripped it out, painted and glossed it. Then I got my very good friend Ray to put new flooring down and now I am doing the final touches!

Goth weekend was kick-arse as always and I have manged to do something else with the time!

The small cat in some of the shots is my new friend Storm, his owner died suddenly and he was without a home, so we were thrown together as I lost my last two Moggies between Christmas and the end of January!

He likes to help LOL!

Anyway nose back to the grind wheel next couple of days so some kind of figure related posts soon :)

Hope Whitby was a great weekend Mark. Did you manage to keep any photos of the real sh*thole before you rebuilt it, that would be worth seeing. Looks great though.
Storm looks like a prince mate, our cat came almost the same way and turned into a most loving little guy, he even got to liking me, not so easy, so cant have been all bad. Had him for over eight years, hope you and Storm do as well.

Cheers Chaps :)

It was an exercise in thinning out as much as anything and I have removed as much unused stuff as possible!
I trimmed the work area back a bit as I found the back of it was a dumping ground for
shelf queens so I'm hoping this will keep me a bit more focused and compact!
Nice collection Gra!
Nap that particular bottle is for dead scalpel blades and the like ;)
Carl, yes he's well settled in now, I kept him in for 6 weeks and then put
butter on his paws and let him out LOL! no I didn't! I walked him on a
lead for a week around my garden so he could get the location. :)

Don old picture .... let me see ... Yeah Storm is affectionate without being to clingy, a nice moggy indeed :)

Smashing little room you have there Mark!

What's the view like out the window across Whitby?

Gra that is a seriously good and dedicated Star Wars collection you have there mate!

All the best,
Jon.

Ahh! the secret is out, you have changed your vallejo acrylics to Leyland & Dulux paints for your figures now o_O
do you thin it down with beer ? :)
Great Studio room now Mark, got to do that myself soon in my s*!thole,
Mark ;)

Can't beat a nice grey tabby Mark. I have 5 of the buggers and 2 dogs. At least you won't have to watch him chase his tail and then wonder what to do with it. Emaabrassing for cat and owner I say!

I see the 90mm Andrea Napoleon abdicating on your desk. Is that up soon? My wife wants me to paint mine in shades of sepia as we have a sepia print of the original painting the modelw as based on up on our wall. I will have to get very inspired to have a go at doing that. Nice cave.
