Look at "Figurines 3".That´s the coverboy from Nick Dransfield.

My first thought ... Hussard du Marais but not in it , nor a Superior 90mm, nor a Serie 77 90mm

But but but ... What is the size ? in 54mm I remember something very similar at Art Soldiers Miniaturas ..

Figurines No. 2 has a report on the Sevres Show of 1994 where Nick's figure is the first item shown.

The description of the photo is:-

"Nick Dransfield. 1st prize Aiglons trophy, Lafayette prize and special prize awarded by Maître Eugéne Lelièpvre. An avalanche of perfectly deserved rewards for this Britain who we knew rather for those large busts but who demonstrates here his perfect mastery of sculpture and painting."

This gives the impression that this figure is probably a one-off item, sculpted and painted by Nick (of course I could be wrong).
