Anyone Know Anything About Ornamental Goldfish

one of my fish has gone fat and is swimming on its side,upside down and all sorts, should i kill it?

Okay, first of all, please do not flush your fish. It won't kill him quickly, and if he has any parasites or bacteria (not uncommon in pet fish), he could easily release them into the environment, because sewage treatment isn't designed to catch that.

Well i decided to fill it full of vodka and clove oil,blow its head off, microwave it then eat it and flush the bones down the bog, then bat the rest of them next door in case they have the disease.

Let me tell you a true story about ill fishes.I hope you will excuse my cheap english, but I think it's worthy :

I have a tank fish quite large. 100litres. Some time ago most of the fishes became ill. I Went quickly to the pet shop and explained to the guy the symptoms
The guy writed the name of a medicine on a paper and told me to buy it on a regular farmacy and explained me how to dissolve the pills into the water and so.....
went to the pharmacy and gave the note to the assistant. She looked at me in a very strange way:

Assistant -Is this for your girlfriend?

ME -Nop, just for me

(her face turned really weird )

Assistant-Do you really know what is this for?

ME- well, It has been recommended to me and and been explained how to use it. No problem here

(I can't describe her face at that point)

She finally sold me the pills while whispering something like "well, it's your problem you pervert".
Obviously I went back home quite confused. Now, when I arrived home , this is what I read on the package leaflet :
