1/35 Verlinden figs and scenery.

I used acrylics for the uniforms and oils for the faces. I tried to recreate the spirit of the image on the Verlinden box, 'cause I thought it was so cool.

I used lead sheet for the gun strap - but I didn't come out the way I wanted.

Any "strap" suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks,

Jon

Hi Jon,

Nice Vignette by the way! As far as weapon straps, I use Lead foil flattened very thin, and cut with a straight edge, metal micro ruler. It's very important to get the proper width or it will be thrown out of scale! It looks too me that the strap may be too wide, and not have enough weight. Hope this helps. James :)
