I live in the Netherlands and I had it trough amazon.uk.com. Antoni (blindpew) had it on sale at Amazon. So he send it to me.
You have to look for a second hand. Then click to buy on the right, and everything goes very smooth. I had no problem.

But I don't regret it. It is a great source of information to start with painting flats.
