I have tried to buy it three times from Amazon. All three times I paid and the seller did not ship...

So, I am still looking for a good, English language copy. If anyone has one, please PM.

Every time you tell me I will not find something, I do. I found an almost new copy of this book for a good price. And the last time you told me it would take years to track down a full collection of Historical Miniature magazines, I found all 62 issues a week later (also for a great price).
