Hello to all......this is the latest on the bench ...an exceptional bust from Medieval Forge.
Fabulous hand sculpted figure and beautifully cast.
It's not until you start painting that you appreciate the sculpt and delicate casting of the parts.
To pick one detail..the backpack stitching as well as the uniform stitching is outstanding.
The water bottle stopper is top notch.

Thanks for looking and take care....Mike

Hi Mike

I wondered about how this would look painted ....that's a great sculpt and so well cast ...is the stopper actually cast or is wire provided ?

Great painting as always from your bench

Be great if you perhaps support FOTM in the class of your choice if you wish of course

Thanks for sharing

Happy benchtime

Hi keV and thank you for your comments.....the water bottle stopper is very delicate cast and I painted it on its carrier before being the last part to be attached to the figure.....I did have a very thin piece of wire to hand just in case I broke it. but all well.(y). Mike

Great paintwork Mike. Lots going on with this figure and the detail in the sculpt looks superb.

Excellent paintwork on this one Mike. First I've seen finished. Always fond of Medievel Forge releases, but not sure about the floating cannon barrel on this one. Just a personal thing for me.
