Actually I did reply to your Mail stating that I only have paypal...didnt get a reply...unfortunately...and yes I am a real Customer and really wanted to buy.Still an Excellent bust,I congratulate you on your Talent,Bravo....love the bust .

Maybe the vendor should contact: https://www.hobby.dn.ua/ to see how they manage to do it. They are in the Ukraine and I have ordered in the past with no problem using Paypal.

I order resin kits from Ukraine (Res/kit for example) and they use Paypal, on ebay there's a lot of Ukrainian sellers and they use Paypal !

Hello, Catherine! My name is Christian. Thank you for reaching out to PayPal! We do offer PayPal services within the Ukraine. The capabilities of a PayPal account in the Ukraine could potentially differ from the ability that you have, but someone could use PayPal in the Ukraine.
....my wife reached out direct to PayPal....perhaps there is a way..nothing in this to suggest illegality. ..am only trying be constructive.

PayPal in Ukraine allows ONLY PAYING, but not receiving payments (I will not say anything about withdrawing funds to the card at all)
How do sellers work in Ukraine, what do PayPal payment methods provide? They open a card in another country (where PayPal allows accepting payments) and link it to their account. BUT! If PayPal finds out about this, it blocks the account and all funds on it (which happens sooner or later). Since this is a gross violation of their rules.
This is in brief.

I see the comments as trying to help and certainly not telling anyone how to run a business , obviously Sergey cannot breaks the country's laws let's hope it's all sorted so members can purchase in some way as this is a lovely bust
