i just couldn't wait to throw some colors on one of those tiny astronauts. All i can say is :
they are FUN to paint, never had so much fun while painting a figure

here is my result after a saturday afternoon at the bench thanks for the rainy weather



as usual, all acrylics. Groundwork is made of ashes from my fireplace mixed with matte acrylic gel, and nothing more, not even paint.

These little astronauts are so funny, small, lonely, unassuming but so engaging. Make you thinking of Bowie's Captain Tom. I like Lappat's idea of that competition, and you've made an excellent contribution to it.
