Completed athenian marine officer

Hi started painting last year september 2010.
Bought figurine from bonaparte figurines, athenian greek nobleman.
This is my first figurine i painted. Painted with oils from winsor & newton.



I really like historical figurines espacially greeks.
Really love the new vignette from ares myhologic, muse and nobleman, etc


Also i started with experimenting with sculpting.

hi Keith thanks for your comments, i hope that my next figures will be as good as the first. But as i am painting a 54 mm now (heavy armoured hoplite) i will have to make a diorama/scenry, hope this goes as well.
