Excellent idea Dee. I sent my $10 registration fee in last month and now have the entry slips for each figure to fill out here at home. Once I arrive all I have to do is set up my display and place the slips in front of each figure. I wish all clubs would do this. Saves a tremendous amount of time and nervous energy once you arrive at the show.

It is pretty cool....There are 2 separate tables.. one for tne non-registered and one for registered... Your name is on file and your name tag made.. no waiting.

I have my forms filled out and I'm working on my display as we speak. I looked down at my stack of forms this morning and could have sworn they were nudging their way south east on their own! ;) I think they are as anxious to get there as I am!

Nick Majerus has emailed me to let the planet members know he will have a table at the show. I have added RegtS4 to the vendor's list.

Atlanta Model Figure Show

If you are coming to the Atlanta Show next month, and you haven't made a reservation for a room yet, there are still a few left at the 1/2 price rate left. You will need to call 770-955-1700 and mention 'Model Figure Show' to get the reduced rate. Hope to see you there.

2 Weeks Away

Hope to see many of you guys there. Jay and I have been planning this trip for over a year and finally.......just 2 more weeks.

Planet Figure group photo

I just posted a suggestion on TimeLines for a group photo at 5pm, and would like to suggest a Planet Figure group photo also. Let's get together Saturday at 5:15pm in the hotel lobby. See you there.

That sounds good to me Pete. I'll bring my smile :D

Just a quick update on the Atlanta Show from its "registration coodinator".
There are almost 200 figures already entered via pre-registration as of today.
Only about 1/3 of our usual exhibitors have pre-registered so the figure count could possibly triple. With apologies to Ed Sullivan, let me say that this could be a "really big show".

Ya'll Come!

Thanks for the update. Being Atlanta's 30th Anniversary Show I figure this to be The Show of the Year for 2007.

The amount of pre-registration so far indicates this to be true.

See Ya'll next week

Well, all the figures are packed, suitcase packed and ready to leave for Atlanta tomorrow morning.

Really look forward to seeing all the planet members who attend............see old friends..............and make new friends too.

Don't forget your "Namebadge"

Hi Guys,

We are looking forward to seeing ya'll this weekend in Atlanta. I have received a "heads-up" from the Hotel that I would like to pass on. There will be a full house Thursday night, and a full day Friday, and most of those folks won't check out until "forced" (12:30). So, there will be VERY LITTLE CHANCE of getting an early check in on Friday. If you get to the hotel please be prepared to wait until the published check-in time. (3:00 I believe)

Have a safe trip down!
