Hi All,
The Atlanta show is coming up in three weeks (Feb 20-22). I was told by a prospective show attendee that when he contacted the hotel, he was told they were out of rooms at the special show rate of $87.00. I talked to the hotel manager and was assured they still have some rooms left at the show rate. If you are making reservations for the Atlanta show, and you are not offered the show rate, please ask to speak to Laura Watson or email her at [email protected] , and she will correct the problem as long as there are rooms left at the show rate. The cut-off date for the special room rate is February 7th, 2009.
