Dear Colleagues,I want to tell you my story and warn against any cooperation with the "MAURICE CORRY MINIATURES" (http://www.120mini.com/).
The story is as follows:- March 15 - I placed the order through "PayPal" in the amount of 33 pounds.- After 3 weeks I have many customers (this says a great number of recipients in the received e-mail) I get a message that there was some difficulty with sending parcels and they were sent just now.- Okay - wait - anything can happen ...- As time goes by, I begin to be interested by mail of their paid booking - what to get an answer on May 16 that the parcel is lost and he will send tracking another departure.- We are waiting for more ...- Then, as sending all there, and PO administration refused to tell me, I continue to be interested with a certain periodicity in the mail on the status of your order. As a result, getting interesting letter 8 JULY!, On the premise that allegedly was delivered to the address, but it does not pick up the receiver and therefore she was sent back. As the rightness of his words I was asked to send pictures to make marks on the Moscow-mail non-receipt. But no pictures, I have not been sent. Moreover, "MAURICE CORRY MINIATURES" went on the defensive, and even the letters are not responsible and refuses to return the money!
BE CAREFUL, DO NOT HAVE THIS OFFICE OF "MAURICE CORRY MINIATURES" (http://www.120mini.com/)

Interesting what online translators come up with, but isn't this in the wrong thread? Moreover, if we'd all warn the world after every negative shopping experience we have, global economy might come to a standstill!
Give Moz a break will you!

I myself have a "love" online translators))) If I wrote the wrong topic - sorry - please move to the right place. And about the bad experiences, I think shopping should be written - it encourages sellers to be honest - but I honestly paid the price of the reservation and may expect to receive your purchase!

What is this chase, Maurice always delivers, even if it sometimes takes longer.
Let the man work in peace!

Cheers

Hendryk

Erm.... it seems the "chase" is 5 month of waiting and poor communication? Last time I waited 7 month and lost 70 euros was with Alexander Miniatures so I can kind of relate to the sentiment regardless of how many people tell you otherwise. Business is business.

o.k i had enough of this crap!

This guy has been a pain in the arse and i would advise any manufacturer to not send him kits. What he is garbling on about is a long standing complaint.

he ordered and paid for a figure which i dispatched to Russia the figure ended up coming back to me marked on the package as undelivered, so i checked the address, all o.k there.

Then this guy starts frothing at the mouth and sending abusive emails, I said i would send a picture of the returned package..o.k so

. I would normally have resent the figure at no charge to the customer but because of this guys attitude i`m not.

he can either pay the postage again or i`ll refund the price of the figure less the postal costs and hassle to me.
And heres the proof, now i dont read russian but that sure looks like the guy couldn`t be arsed to pick it up.

I may add from what I was told that postal services in eastern Europe are atrocious, for example in Ukraine when sending anything abroad they will open your package in front of you and rummage through to make sure you aren't sending anything prohibited and then repack it themselves and damage what they can, they can also call half of their staff to have a look at what you are sending just for curiosity, you cant send a master copy out of the country without a certificate that it doesn't present anything of national cultural value and alot of crazy nonsense of that ilk that makes your hair stand -wtf?

Wow not lets hope thats the end of that for a while! Keep making those beautiful figures Moz. On that, any chance of a spoiler of future 120mm figures or busts...Pleeeease!

new releases are 120mm officer rifle brigade crimea 1854 and a 200mm sergeant parachute regiment 1944 ( seargent larry ansell)
cheers everyone

Too bad there is not many cool sellers like you Moz, you're gone a long way to satisfy costumer, I had extremeley bad luck with couple of sellers, being online seller myself never tried to undermine them in public - just don't buy from them anymore :)

Lol Moz must have tin hat that has only the strap left!!!

Talented sculptors are in demand and I think we should appreciate its difficult to get everything right all of the time when you are dealing with a large volume because you are so good.

It's not the fastest service but the orders are completed and IMHO, always worth the wait.
