Thanks guys for your very kind comments, Steve , Poziers was a major battle during 1916 on the Western Front during the Somme offensive.
Marc , I use Windsor & Newton oils Raw Sienna & Raw Umber mixed together then i generally add a touch of Sap Green and/or Yellow ochre depending on the shade of Khaki i require.
