I missed this one somehow (presumed it was the one you had already finished) Love the two different versions of the same figure. I've still got one of the Avanpost figs on the shelf, but you look like you've bought shares in the company with the numbers you are turning out Love the wear and tear on the boots and leather cartridge pouch which add to the feel of him. Great work

Thank you Paul, chuffed to NAAFI break with the comment. and yes Pauline thinks I have shares in the company too. Ive painted quite a few now and waiting for the next Russian to appear.
(I based the shoes on my experience of wearing US 1851 Brogan boots, which always went that colour over a long weekend).
