A Fixture
Hi all;
A sure sign that I'm getting older is that recently I have developed some pain in my lower back, especially if I sit for extended periods of time. It can get pretty painful after an hour or so and I'm sure there may be some of you out there that have similar troubles (or you will as you get older, believe me!).
Well I hit upon something that worked so well, I thought I would share it with everyone in the hope of bringing a little relief to my fellow sufferers. I just finished a couple of hours worth of painting while sitting on one of those padded heat/massage seat covers used for automobiles. I feel great! I just slipped it over my painting chair, plugged it in and Voila. In fact I'm thinking of installing one on every seat in the house! It cost me $89, but it was well worth it as I was able to continue painting far longer than I usually can before my back would force me to stop. So this looks like a great way for me to get more hobby time in. I would highly recommend this for anyone who finds their hobby time being cut short because of lower back pain.
Now if I can just find a remedy for failing eye sight....
Cheers;
Glenn
